Crunchy Coconut Granola: Crunchy, crunchy, crunchy-delicious!
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Agave nectar
- 100 g cashews
- 100 g almonds
- 300 g spelt flakes
- 4 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
Instructions

Melt coconut oil and agave nectar in a saucepan over low heat.

Meanwhile, chop the nuts and mix them with spelt flakes and flax seeds. Add cinnamon, salt, and the coconut oil-agave nectar mixture and mix well.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (160°C convection; Gas: level 2-3) for about 15-20 minutes. Stir the granola several times during baking.

Let the crunchy coconut granola cool down and fill airtight jars.
