Ingredients

  • 8 slices whole grain bread
  • 40 g soft butter
  • 8 slices sliced cheese (e.g., butter cheese)
  • 6 Radishes
  • 1 tbsp chives rings

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Thinly spread butter on all bread slices. Place 4 slices with 2 slices of cheese each. Wash, peel and finely slice the radishes.

    Sprinkle chives over the cheese and top with another slice of bread (butter side down).

    Cut the sandwiches into thirds as desired and serve or keep chilled in a lunchbox until ready to eat.
