Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Lime
  • 0.5 bunch cilantro
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the chili pepper, slit it lengthwise, remove seeds, and dice very small. Peel the avocados, cut them lengthwise, remove the pit and separate the flesh from the skin. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice. Wash the cilantro, shake dry and finely chop the leaves (reserve some for garnish).

    Blend the avocado with the lime juice and cilantro. Mix the blended avocado with the onion and chili dice (reserve some for garnish). Season with salt and pepper and garnish with chili dice and cilantro leaves.
