Ingredients

  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 20 g butter
  • 4 leaves iceberg lettuce
  • 150 g smoked salmon (sliced)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • pepper (ground)
  • pear slice
  • fresh grated horseradish

Instructions

    Thinly spread about 15 g of butter on the bread slices. Rinse and dry the lettuce leaves, then place them on the bread. Spread the smoked salmon over the lettuce.

    Whisk the eggs with the cream and cook scrambled in the remaining butter. Place the scramble on top of the salmon and lightly pepper.

    Serve garnished with pear slice and horseradish.
