Whole Grain Sandwich with Shrimp and Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 4 radishes
  • 4 strawberries
  • 2 sprigs parsley
  • 150 g shrimp (pre-cooked, ready to use)
  • 150 g ricotta
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 8 slices whole grain bread

Instructions

    Wash and slice the radishes and strawberries. Rinse the parsley, pat dry, and roughly chop the leaves. Rinse the shrimp and drain. Mix the ricotta with a pinch of salt and lemon juice to taste.

    Spread ricotta on four bread slices. Sprinkle with parsley, then layer strawberries, shrimp, and radishes on top. Cover with remaining bread slices and serve.
