Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sprouted wheat grains
  • 2 tbsp crushed spelt
  • 2 tbsp roasted rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp Raisins
  • 1 apple
  • 1 Banana
  • 100 g blue grapes
  • 200 g whole milk yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

    Arrange the sprouted wheat, spelt, rolled oats, nuts and raisins on two plates.

    Peel the banana, cut all fruit into small pieces, add them. Mix the yogurt with honey and pour half over each bowl of muesli.
