Paprika and Zucchini Smoothie

Ingredients
- 3 red bell peppers
- 1 tomato
- 1 sprig oregano
- 100 g Feta
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 100 ml low-fat milk
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- paprika cubes (for garnish)
- 50 g feta (small diced)
Instructions

Clean, wash and chop the bell peppers. Wash and quarter the tomato. Rinse the oregano and pluck the leaves from the sprig. Crumble the feta.

Blend all prepared ingredients with yogurt and milk in a stand mixer until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into glasses and garnish with paprika and feta cubes.

For a zucchini smoothie, replace the bell peppers and tomato with 1 zucchini. Use basil instead of oregano.
