- 400 g fine cassava flour (mandioca)
- 1 fresh coconut
- 4 tbsp Honey

Sift the flour to remove any lumps. Place a portion of the flour in a hot pan without oil and use a spoon to lightly press it against the bottom of the pan. Fry 1-2 minutes until a firm flatbread forms. Flip and fry another 1-2 minutes on the other side.

Halve the coconut, extract the flesh, and finely grate it. Fill each flatbread with some grated coconut, drizzle with 1 tbsp honey, fold together, and serve.
