Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 200 g hearty rolled oats
  • 200 g delicate oat flakes
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 40 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 40 g cashew kernels
  • 40 g pecan kernels
  • 30 g coconut flakes
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 100 g berries (blueberries and raspberries)
  • 150 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 150 °C (convection 130 °C; gas: level 1–2). Line two baking trays with parchment paper.

    Melt the butter in a saucepan. Meanwhile, mix all other ingredients in a large bowl and fold in the melted butter. Spread the mixture evenly on the trays and roast in the oven for about 35 minutes until golden yellow, turning several times.

    Let it cool, then transfer to a large decorative storage jar. Separate the berries, rinse, and pat dry gently. Serve by placing the whole grain cereal and berries in a bowl with yogurt on top.
