Pear Almond Salad

Ingredients

  • 20 g almond slivers (2 tbsp)
  • 5 pears
  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 200 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 1 tbsp almond syrup
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Roast the almond slivers in a dry pan until golden brown and set aside.

    Wash, quarter, core the pears, dice them, and place them in a large bowl. Rinse the lemon under hot water, grate its zest, and squeeze out the juice. Mix 1 tsp of lemon zest with half the juice and stir into the pear cubes.

    Whisk the quark with yogurt, remaining lemon juice, syrup, honey, and almonds until smooth, then pour over the pears.
