Ingredients

  • 150 g quark (20%)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 sprig oregano
  • 4 slices whole grain bread

Instructions

    Whisk the quark with the olive oil until smooth, season with salt and pepper. Peel the onion, halve it, and slice into thin strips.

    Wash the oregano, shake off excess moisture, and pluck the leaves from the stem. Spread the quark onto the bread slices, then top with onion strips and oregano leaves.
