- 200 g cottage cheese
- Salt
- freshly ground white pepper
- 4 slices whole grain bread (with whole grains)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- a handful mixed herbs (e.g., parsley, dill, chives)
- 8 slices Parma ham
Instructions

Season the cottage cheese with salt and pepper and stir it with a fork. Spread the mixture on the bread slices and drizzle with a little oil.

Wash the herbs, pat dry, and shake off excess moisture. Pull the leaves from the stems. Top the breads with Parma ham and garnish with the herbs. Sprinkle additional pepper and serve.
