Hazelnut Butter

Butter with hazelnuts from Spoonsparrow is always wonderfully good.

Ingredients

  • 250 g butter (soft)
  • 150 g Hazelnuts
  • salt (to taste)
  • white pepper (to taste)

Instructions

    Grind the hazelnuts to a fine powder for one quarter and chop the rest coarsely (or buy pre‑ground and chopped hazelnuts). Lightly toast everything in a pan without fat.

    Stir the salt and pepper into the soft butter. Taste, spoon into small bowls, and refrigerate.
