- 6 slices mini white loaf bread
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tomato
- 6 mint leaves
- 250 g cream cheese
- Salt
- Lemon juice
- 12 chili strands
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- 1 pinch curry
- white pepper
- 1 tbsp argan oil

Roast the white bread slices in a greased pan with butter until golden brown, remove and let cool slightly. Mix the cream cheese with lemon juice, salt, pepper, curry, mustard and half of the chili strands. Marinate the remaining chili strands in argan oil. Wash the tomato, pat dry and slice.

Wash and pat dry the mint leaves, place them on the bread slices. Add one tomato slice on each. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto a chilled ice cube mold and place a half‑cube on each tomato slice. Garnish with some of the oil‑marinated chili strands.
