The Pink Smoothie Bowl with Coconut-Vanilla Swirl from Spoonsparrow will keep you going well through the morning with a full dose of important nutrients!

Ingredients

  • 150 g fresh raspberries
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 200 ml coconut or rice drink (rice milk)
  • 2 tsp ground flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 30 ml coconut milk
  • 1 pinch Vanilla powder
  • 2 sprigs Mint
  • 2 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut chips

Instructions

    Select raspberries, wash and set aside a handful of berries. Peel bananas, break them into chunks and add them to a blender along with the raspberries. Add coconut drink, flax seeds and oats and blend everything finely.

    Mix coconut milk with vanilla powder. Wash mint, shake dry and pluck leaves.

    Fill bowls with smoothie and spoon coconut milk in a circular pattern into the smoothie bowl. Garnish the bowls with the remaining raspberries, mint leaves, hemp seeds and coconut chips and serve.
