Ingredients

  • 50 g Wild garlic (1 bunch)
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 400 g whole grain bread (8 slices)

Instructions

    Wash the wild garlic and spin dry. Set aside a few smaller leaves for garnish; do not finely chop the rest, then stir into the quark. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
