White Tea Smoothie

White tea smoothie: The tea contains powerful antioxidants that strengthen the immune system and protect our cells.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of white tea
  • 1 small cherimoya
  • 50 g yogurt (0.3% fat)
  • liquid sweetener to taste
  • 0.5 small karambola
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Prepare a cup of tea by steeping the tea bag in 150 ml water according to package instructions and let it cool for about 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile, peel, halve, seed, and cut the cherimoya into pieces.

    Place the cherimoya with the yogurt in a tall container and season with a few drops of sweetener to taste.

    Rinse the karambola, pat dry, and slice into rounds.

    Add the cooled tea and ice cubes to the yogurt mixture with the cherimoya pieces and blend until frothy using an immersion blender. Pour into a glass and sweeten further if desired. Garnish with karambola slices and serve immediately.
