Hibiscus tea with chili and rooibos: Hibiscus is considered a natural and effective appetite suppressant. Chili boosts fat burning.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 Red chili pepper
  • 2 tsp dried hibiscus rind
  • 2 tsp rooibos tea

Instructions

    Wash, deseed, rinse the chili pepper and slice into thin rings.

  2. 2.

    Add the hibiscus rinds and rooibos tea to a small pot. Pour in 250 ml water and bring to a boil.

  3. 3.

    Simmer on low heat for 4–5 minutes covered. Then strain through a sieve into a cup.
