Currant Iced Tea

Currant iced tea: Mildly tart iced tea is good for the immune system and fat burning; currants provide about 36 g of vitamin C!
Ingredients
- 1 packet white tea
- 100 g frozen red currants
- 1 Tbsp cranberry syrup
- 1 tsp pistachio seeds
- 0.25 small lemon
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions

Prepare a cup of tea from the tea bag and 150 ml water according to the package instructions, then let it cool.

Meanwhile, place the currants with the cranberry syrup in a tall vessel and allow them to thaw slightly.

Finely chop the pistachio seeds and put them on a small plate.

Moisten the rim of a glass with the lemon wedge and immediately press the rim into the chopped pistachios.

Add the cooled tea and ice cubes to the berries, then blend gently with an immersion blender. Carefully pour into the prepared glass and enjoy right away.
