Ingredients

  • 400 g green wine grapes
  • 40 g honey
  • 40 ml grappa
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios

Instructions

    Wash the grapes, finely puree them and strain through a sieve. Mix the fruit purée with honey and grappa, then fold in the mascarpone thoroughly. Whip the cream stiff and gently fold it in. Finish in an ice‑cream maker or freeze for at least 5 hours while stirring occasionally.

    Before serving cut into small bites and sprinkle with pistachios as desired.
