- 4 Apricots
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp rosemary honey
- 2 tbsp almond slivers
- 0.5 orange (juice)
- 0.5 split vanilla bean
- 8 large ice cream scoops (e.g., vanilla or yogurt)

Wash the apricots, halve them and remove the pits.

Add butter and honey to a hot pan. Place the apricots cut side down, sprinkle with almonds, and lightly brown for 3-4 minutes. Deglaze with orange juice, add the split vanilla bean, stir, and cook for about 2 more minutes until tender.
