Ingredients
- 320 g goat cheese with ash (as a small roll)
- 3-4 small sprigs rosemary
- 1 bunch thyme
- 1-2 fresh red chili peppers
- 3-4 bay leaves
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- olive oil

Cut the goat cheese into 8 portions. Rinse the herbs and dry them well (best in an oven at 50°C for 10 minutes).

Place the goat cheese, herbs, chili peppers, bay leaves, and peppercorns in a jar and pour olive oil over them to cover. Seal tightly. Let the goat cheese marinate in a cool place for 1 week.

Drain the goat cheese slightly and serve with baguette.
