Ingredients
- 240 g white bread (4 slices)
- 8 radishes
- 200 g Low-fat quark
- 2 Tbsp whipping cream
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt
- white pepper

- 4 lettuce leaves
Instructions

Wash, trim and slice the radishes thinly. Mix the quark with cream, lemon juice and parsley.

Season the quark with salt and pepper. Spread some quark on bread slices, then top with lettuce leaves and radish slices.
