  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp sharp mustard

  • 1 tsp Capers
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 Red Onion

Instructions

    Slice the ciabatta in half. Mix the ground beef with parsley, mustard, paprika, and capers; season with salt and pepper. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
