- 1 tbsp beet syrup
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt

1.
Combine both flours in a bowl and form a well in the center. Crumble the yeast into the well and mix with 4-5 tbsp lukewarm water and the syrup. Cover the pre‑mix and let it rise for about 30 minutes. Then add approximately 200 ml lukewarm water, the oil and salt to the mixture and knead into a smooth dough. The dough should be relatively soft. Knead on a floured surface until it no longer sticks to your hands. Shape into a loaf, place in a bowl and cover; let rise overnight in the refrigerator.
