Ingredients

  • 1 goat cheese roll (about 200 g)
  • 2 tbsp coarsely cracked pepper
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp basil (cut into strips)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 onions
  • olive oil
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp small white beans (canned)
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)

Instructions

    Mix pepper and herbs and sprinkle over a flat work surface. Roll the goat cheese roll on it until the mixture sticks to the cheese.

    Slice into rounds. Wash, blanch, peel, halve, core and dice tomatoes. Mix tomatoes with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, basil and beans. Peel onions, cut into rings and fry in plenty hot oil until crisp. Drain on kitchen paper.
