Watermelon Sorbet

A refreshing dessert made with fresh watermelon, lemon juice, and rose water.

Ingredients

  • 100 g sugar
  • 500 g watermelon
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 1 tsp rose water

Instructions

    Boil the sugar with 100 ml water for about 1 minute, then remove from heat and let cool.

    Cut the fruit flesh into small cubes and blend in a mixer. Stir in the syrup, lemon juice, and rose water, then transfer to a metal container. Place in a freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring vigorously with a fork every half hour during the first period.

    Transfer to serving bowls before serving.
