Light dessert: Watermelon drink is perfect for gifting, bringing along and snacking.
Ingredients
- 100 g seedless watermelon flesh
- 50 g strawberries
- 0.25 banana
- 75 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 50 ml mineral water
- 2 Tbsp crushed ice
- 2 sprigs Mint
Instructions

Coarsely chop the watermelon flesh and place it in a blender. Wash, trim, and finely dice the strawberries, add them to the blender, and puree until smooth. Strain through a sieve.

Add the banana, yogurt, mineral water, and 4 tbsp crushed ice to the blender and blend very fine.

Pour into a glass and serve garnished with mint.
