Ingredients

  • 2 Bio-limes
  • 600 g kefir
  • 2 tsp rice syrup (5 g each)
  • 1 small watermelon (800 g)
  • 200 g red currants
  • 3 handful ice cubes

Instructions

    Squeeze juice from 1 lime. Mix kefir with lime juice and rice syrup, then refrigerate.

    Meanwhile wash the remaining lime hot, dry it, and slice into rounds.

    Remove the rind of the watermelon, cut the flesh into chunks. Clean and rinse the currants, pluck half of them from their stems. Set aside the rest. Blend watermelon, currants, and 2 handfuls of ice cubes in a powerful blender until smooth.

    Distribute remaining ice cubes and watermelon mix among 4 glasses. Pour lime-kefir over it. Garnish with lime slices and remaining currants before serving.
