Ingredients
- 250 g wild strawberries (or small firm garden strawberries)
- 1 tbsp light balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp finely chopped mint
- 4 pale green delicate Romaine lettuce leaves
- 125 g crumbly cream cheese
- 50 g alfalfa sprouts
- fresh ground pepper

Rinse and clean the strawberries. Whisk together vinegar, olive oil, powdered sugar, and mint. Pour over the strawberries and toss gently. Let sit briefly to absorb flavors.
