Ingredients

  • 4 kardamom pods
  • 10 g ginger root
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 star anise
  • 4 tbsp espresso powder (15 g each)
  • 50 ml oat drink (oat milk)

Instructions

    Break open the kardamom pods with a knife edge, wash the ginger and slice it thinly.

    Toast the spices in a hot pot for 2–3 minutes over medium heat. Add the ginger and espresso powder, pour in 400 ml water, and simmer gently for about 5 minutes.

    Pour the mixture through a sieve into two cups and serve with oat drink.
