Ingredients

  • 2 tsp black tea
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 24 ice cubes
  • 2 untreated lemons
  • 2 untreated oranges
  • 1 apple (e.g., Granny Smith)
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 500 ml clear apple juice
  • 500 ml dry white wine

Instructions

  1. 1.

Pour the tea into a pot and pour 500 ml boiling water over it. Steep for about 3 minutes, strain through a sieve, and sweeten with honey to taste. Add half of the ice cubes.

  2. 2.

Wash one lemon and one orange hot, slice them, then cut into small pieces. Squeeze the juice from the remaining lemon and orange. Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core, and slice the quarters. Wash the cucumber, halve it lengthwise, and slice. Combine the citrus juice with the cucumber and citrus pieces, the apple slices, tea, apple juice, and wine in a punch bowl.

  3. 3.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Add the remaining ice cubes just before serving.
