Ingredients

  • 1 head savoy cabbage
  • Salt
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g chorizo
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 g almond kernels
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Wash, trim, and cut the cabbage into strips. Blanch in salted water for 2-3 minutes, then drain, shock with cold water, and let drain.

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Slice the chorizo thinly. In a pan, brown the chorizo slices in 2 tbsp hot oil.

    Add the onions, almonds, and orange zest to the pan; mix with the cabbage and stir-fry while turning.

    Pour in lemon juice, orange juice, and vinegar; season with salt and pepper, then serve on plates drizzled with the remaining oil.
