A comforting elderflower punch as an immune-boosting drink featuring products from the Reformhaus® by Spoonsparrow.

Ingredients

  • 300 ml local elderberries from Voelkel (available at Reformhaus®)
  • 4 g Schütz Dich spice blend from Brecht (2 teaspoons; available at Reformhaus®)
  • 1 tsp Aronia powder from Aronia Original (available at Reformhaus®)
  • 1 tsp Acerola powder from Sanatura (available at Reformhaus®)
  • 4 Tbsp Reformhaus® agave syrup

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Warm elderberry juice in a pot with 500 ml water over medium heat for about 8 minutes, but do not bring to a boil. After half the time stir in the Schütz Dich spice blend.

    Remove the pot from the stove and let it cool for 5 minutes. Then add the Aronia and Acerola powders and whisk with a fork until smooth.

    Pour the warm elderflower punch into cups and serve each with 1 Tbsp agave syrup.
