Raspberry Buttermilk

Ingredients

  • Lemon
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 300 ml buttermilk
  • 80 g yogurt (1.5% fat) (4 tbsp)
  • 15 g Honey (1 tbsp)
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

    Squeeze half a lemon. Rinse, wash the raspberries and set aside some for garnish.

    Blend the remaining raspberries with buttermilk, yogurt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, honey, and ice cubes until smooth. Pour the raspberry buttermilk into two glasses.

    Wash and pat dry the mint. Arrange the drinks decoratively with the leftover raspberries and mint.
