The Watermelon-Cucumber Smoothie by Spoonsparrow is the perfect alcohol‑free summer drink.
Ingredients
- 100 g cucumber
- 50 g bell pepper
- 600 g watermelon flesh
- 2 Stalks Mint
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 80 ml sparkling mineral water

Wash the cucumber and bell pepper. Peel the cucumber. Halve, clean, and seed the bell pepper. Dice the cucumber, pepper, and watermelon. Wash the mint, pat dry, and pluck the leaves.

Add the vegetables, fruit, mint, and lime juice to a blender and blend until very smooth. Pour the smoothie into four glasses. Top each with a splash of sparkling water and serve.
