Ingredients
- 0.5 head of celeriac (ca. 500 g)
- 2 Apples
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 80 g Walnuts
- 150 g whole milk
- 2 Tbsp whipping cream
- Salt
- white pepper
- sugar
Instructions

Peel, wash and cut the celeriac into thin strips or shave it. Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core and also slice into thin strips. Mix both in a bowl with 1-2 tbsp lemon juice.

Coarsely chop the walnuts. Whisk together the whole milk, cream, and remaining lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Fold the nuts and dressing into the celery–apple mix and let it chill for about 20 minutes. Taste again and serve on small bowls.
