- 2 handfuls parsley
- 1 roll puff pastry (ca. 300 g)
- 12 Vienna sausages
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp milk
- coarse salt

Preheat the oven to 200°C with top and bottom heat and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Rinse the parsley and finely chop it. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 12 roughly equal pieces. Sprinkle about half of the parsley over each piece, place a sausage on top, and roll up with the pastry. Place seam side down on the tray. Mix the egg yolk with milk and the remaining parsley. Brush the rolls and sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve fresh for best flavor.
