Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 150 g flour
- 100 g ground peeled almonds
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 250 g plain yogurt
- butter (for greasing)
- 1 Kiwi
- 150 g red currants
- 3 ripe apricots
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions

Whisk butter and honey until creamy. Gradually fold in eggs and a pinch of salt. Mix flour with almonds and baking powder, then stir into yogurt.

Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it.

Pour 1–2 tbsp batter onto the iron and cook successive golden‑brown waffles.

Peel and dice kiwi; rinse currants and pat dry. Blanch apricots, cool, peel, halve, pit, and cut into thin slivers. Whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, then fold in fruit.

Arrange waffles on plates topped with the fruit cream and garnish with mint leaves.
