Baguette Sandwich Garnished as a Snake

Ingredients
- 1 Baguette (ca. 60 cm)
- 70 g chopped walnuts
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 3 tbsp whipping cream
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 1 red bell pepper
- Iceberg lettuce
- 250 g salami (sliced)
- 2 stuffed green olives
Instructions

Whisk the cream cheese with the whipping cream and paprika until smooth, then fold in the chopped walnuts.

Wash, clean, halve, deseed, remove all white membranes from the bell pepper, and cut into thin strips lengthwise.

Wash the lettuce, dry it thoroughly, and tear it into bite‑sized pieces.

Cut the baguette lengthwise; spread the cheese mixture on one half, top with lettuce and pepper strips, add salami slices, then place the other half of the baguette on top and press firmly together.

For serving cut the sandwich crosswise into wider slices and arrange them snake‑shaped on a plate. Leave two pepper strips slightly protruding for the tongue and pinch the olives onto toothpicks to form eyes.
