Ingredients

  • 150 g Vogelmiere
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 2 tbsp yogurt (optional)

Instructions

    Wash the Vogelmiere under cold water, rinse, and shake dry. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove skins and seeds, and slice the flesh into thin strips. Peel the shallot and finely chop it.

    Clean the lemon thoroughly, grate a fine zest, squeeze out the juice, then whisk together with oil, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl using a whisk. Add a little yogurt if desired. Toss the salad gently with the vinaigrette, divide into bowls, and serve immediately.
