Waldorf Salad with Celery

Ingredients
- 4 tart apples (e.g., Boskoop or Granny Smith)
- 200 g walnut kernels
- 4 celery stalks
- 4 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 2 lemons (juice)
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
Instructions

Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core, and slice thinly. Place in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice.

Wash, trim, and slice the celery stalks into thin rounds. Add to the apples along with the walnut kernels and mix well.

Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Divide the salad onto four plates and top with the sauce. Serve immediately; optionally sprinkle with chili powder if desired.
