- 500 g vineyard peach
- 80 g red onions
- 1-2 small red chili peppers
- 175 ml Spätburgunder White Autumn
- grated zest and juice of one lime
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 50 g sugar
- Salt
- 4 small fresh goat cheeses (about 30g each)

Score the peach skins crosswise. Rinse peaches with boiling water and steep for 2-3 minutes. Shock in cold water and peel.

Halve, pit, and cut peaches into pieces. Peel and finely chop onions. Combine peaches, onions, whole chili peppers, wine, lime zest and juice, rosemary sprig, and sugar in a pot. Stir and simmer until thickened; season with salt. Let chutney cool.

Serve goat cheese topped with chutney and a rosemary sprig garnish.
