Ingredients
- 150 g soft butter
- 60 g sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp finely chopped rosemary
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 250 g flour
- 0.5 tsp Baking powder
- rosemary (for garnish)

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cream the butter, then gradually stir in sugar, honey, salt, rosemary, egg, and sour cream. Mix the flour with baking powder and knead everything into a dough.

Roll out the dough, place it on the sheet, and cut into diamond shapes. Sprinkle whole rosemary needles over the squares and bake for 8-12 minutes until golden brown.

Let the diamonds cool slightly, then cut along the lines and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
