Ingredients
- 4 slices Tuscan white bread
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 beef tomato
- 1 bunch Basil
- 150 g Gruyère cheese
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Lightly toast the bread. Wash the tomato and slice it. Wash the zucchini, trim ends, and slice thinly. Butter the bread and top with zucchini and tomato slices. Slice the cheese.

Season tomatoes with salt and pepper, layer with cheese, place on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 5 minutes until the cheese melts. Divide into triangles and garnish with basil leaves.
