Ingredients

  • 500 ml Barista oat drink (oat milk)
  • 2 tbsp melted flakes (15 g)
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter (15 g)
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla powder
  • 0.25 tsp ground cardamom
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp cocoa powder (strongly defatted)

Instructions

    Blend 400 ml oat drink with melted flakes, cashew butter, cinnamon, vanilla powder, cardamom and maple syrup in a stand mixer for 2 minutes until creamy.

    Then heat gently in a small pot over medium heat while stirring for about 5 minutes. Do not boil.

    Meanwhile whisk 100 ml oat drink into foam using a milk frother. Pour Vegg Nogg into two heat‑resistant glasses, top with oat foam and sprinkle cocoa and a touch of cinnamon before serving.
