The vegetarian doner with sheep cheese from Spoonsparrow is an absolute classic – and not only popular among veggies!
Ingredients
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 2 red onions
- 0.5 cucumber
- 2 lettuce hearts
- 100 g sheep cheese (9% fat)
- 150 g Greek yogurt (7% fat)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (20 ml)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 whole wheat flatbreads
- 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar

Wash tomatoes and slice into rounds. Peel onions and cut into thin rings. Wash cucumber, slice half into thin rounds or julienne.
