Avocado Tartare with Shrimp

Ingredients
- 400 g ripe avocados (2 ripe avocados)
- 1 clove garlic
- 400 g cooked shrimp, drained
- 2 stalks Cilantro
- 4 Stalks Parsley
- 4 Tbsp lime juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- black pepper
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions

Halve the avocados, remove the pits, press the flesh out of the skins and dice into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Drain the shrimp. Wash the herbs, pat dry and chop.

Combine the avocado cubes with lime juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, chopped herbs, a pinch of cayenne pepper, garlic and shrimp; mix well and fill glasses.
