Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 1 handful of sprouts
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp coconut shreds
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • chili powder
  • 20 Wan Tan dough sheets
  • Coconut oil (for frying)

Instructions

    Peel and grate the carrots. Wash, trim, and slice the spring onions into thin rings. Rinse the sprouts and drain well. Mix the vegetables with ginger, coconut shreds, and coconut cream, then season with soy sauce and chili powder.

    Place about 1 tsp of the mixture in the center of each Wan Tan sheet. Brush the edges with water, fold up, and form a pouch. Press firmly and twist slightly. Fry portions in hot oil for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve.
