Ingredients

  • 1 kg mixed vegetables (fresh and crisp)
  • 100 g Gorgonzola
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 150 g natural yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • handful of fresh herbs (mixed)
  • 200 g Quark (20% fat)
  • 100 g whipping cream
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash the vegetables, peel and clean as needed, then cut into sticks. Keep chilled until serving.

    For the Gorgonzola dip, cut the cheese into pieces and mash it, then mix thoroughly with crème fraîche and yogurt. Season carefully with salt and add generous pepper.

    Finely chop the herbs and combine them with quark, salt, and chili powder. Whip the cream stiffly and fold it in. Taste again and adjust salt if needed.

    Fill small cups with the dips and serve alongside freshly cut vegetable sticks.
